At this first meeting, we will discuss with you your requirements and you will be provided with initial advice by an experienced Solicitor.

If it is subsequently found that you need to instruct a solicitor, we will give you an estimate of the likely costs and timescales to resolve the issues discussed.

Any work undertaken thereafter will be charged at the agreed rate.
